Creamy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients for 4 people. 1 broccoli, 5 slices of bacon, 50 g crispy fried onion, 30 g seed mix, 30 g sultanas raisins, 100 ml mayonnaise, 10 ml apple cider vinegar, 20 ml honey, salt and black pepper .
Elaboration. Dry the bacon in the microwave, placing the slices on a plate between two sheets of absorbent paper. We cook it at one-minute intervals, removing the dish from the oven and turning the slices from time to time until they are well done. We let it cool. Toast the seeds in a frying pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. We prepare the broccoli by cutting the florets into bite-sized pieces. We wash, drain and place in a deep container. We add the raisins, the crispy onion and the toasted seeds. Mix the mayonnaise with the vinegar, honey, a pinch of salt and a little ground black pepper. We stir until integrated. Add the creamy sauce to the bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients. We serve immediately with the crumbled bacon.

Ingredients for 4 people. 4 lettuce heads, 2 celery sticks, 1 green apple, 60 g of peeled walnuts, 60 g of sultanas raisins, 1 egg yolk, 60 g of mayonnaise, 25 g of evaporated milk.
Elaboration. Toast the walnuts in a pan and set aside while they cool. We mix the egg yolk with the mayonnaise and evaporated milk. We cut the celery into strips and the apples into sticks. We mix with the sauce. We wash the lettuce heads, remove the outer leaves and place the best leaves at the base of a serving platter. We place the chopped walnuts on top and, if using them, also the raisins. We can keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or serve immediately.
Cabbage salad with apple and raisins
A refreshing and nutritious salad, perfect for any time of the year.
Ingredients for 4 people: 1 medium cabbage (approximately 500 g), red or green apples, 50 g raisins, 125 ml extra virgin olive oil, 30 ml apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) mustard, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (2 g), 8 tablespoons of MILK CREAM (120 g), 3 tablespoons of sugar-free delight cranberries (30 g).
Elaboration:
We will combine the main elements first. Put the thin strips of cabbage and the apple cubes in the bowl. Now prepare the dressing, add it little by little and mix gently so that it coats everything well. Lastly, add the raisins. And that’s it! Your cabbage salad with apple and raisins is ready to enjoy.
